On May 22nd, the 2024 Chongqing International Friendship Cooperation Conference, themed "Urban Green Development", was successfully held in Chongqing. Representatives from 48 cities in 31 countries around the world, including international organizations, foreign institutions in China, and association for friendship with foreign countries, discussed how to jointly respond to climate change and realize the green development of cities through enhanced international cooperation.
Jason Wang, Co-founder and CEO of HiTHIUM, was the sole representative of the Chinese company invited to deliver a keynote speech at the event. His speech, entitled "Battery Energy Storage Plus Green City, Build a Path to Inclusive Development", addressed the challenges and opportunities presented by the current urbanization process and the need for cities to adopt more sustainable energy solutions. He highlighted the accelerating pace of urbanization and the mounting challenges cities are facing, including surging power demand and mounting environmental pressures.

In recent years, HiTHIUM has actively participated in and integrated into the development and governance of the global community. It has now ranked among the Top 500 global new energy companies in 2023 and ranks as the Top 5 in terms of energy storage battery shipments in 2024. Keynote speech
As of May this year, HiTHIUM has launched over 200 delivery projects, with a total global shipments over 20GWh. In terms of product innovations, HiTHIUM has launched a range of specialized stationary energy storage solutions, including the MIC 1130Ah, its first kAh-level battery designed for long-duration energy storage. Andustries is HiTHIUM's first full-stack C&I energy storage solution. Additionally, HeroEE offers a 1 kWh energy solution to provide affordable energy for those living in energy poverty, thereby promoting the energy storage industry and opening up a new world of battery energy storage application in the areas of "Ecology, Industries, and Life."
Climate change is a significant global challenge. Jason Wang concluded that battery energy storage has the potential to benefit all segments of the urban population. HiTHIUM is eager to collaborate with partners in various fields to utilize energy storage technology and innovative applications in making cities greener, more resilient, and more inclusive.
